Salon Policy

Cancelation policy

A credit card is necessary to book all services and secure your appointment time. To avoid any charges, we ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, you will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost. Please be aware that your card will only be charged if you do not adhere to the cancellation policy.

No-show Policy

If you fail to call or show up for your appointment, a charge of 50% of your service fee will apply. 

Late Policy

In instances where a client arrives 15 minutes or more late to an appointment, they will be marked as a no-show and will incur charges in accordance with the no-show policy.

Product return / exchange Policy

Products: We recognize that not every item is suitable for everyone. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to the salon, and we will gladly exchange it for you. However, please be aware that we cannot provide refunds or discounts on future services. All products are sold through the salon, not individual stylists. Items must be exchanged within 7 days of purchase and must be at least 80% full. After 7 days, we are unable to process any exchanges.

Children policy

Please note that if you are a new or breastfeeding mother, you are welcome to bring your baby with you! We take pride in creating a baby-friendly salon environment.

 

We love having your little ones join us! Children aged 10 and under are welcome to accompany you during your appointments, but they must have an additional adult present—who is not receiving a service—to supervise them in our waiting area while you enjoy your treatment. This policy is implemented to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests and stylists. There are absolutely no exceptions.

 

We appreciate your understanding, as this measure is essential for liability reasons; the salon floor can pose hazards for children due to sharp objects, hot tools, and chemicals. Please keep in mind that this policy does not apply to children who have scheduled appointments.

Re-do policy

Our aim is for each client to walk away feeling confident and absolutely in love with their new look. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24-48 hours so we can address the concern. Keep in mind that some of our stylists operate independently and may have their own cancellation policies.

 

Additionally, please note that a REDO does not cover any changes in color or style; a fee may apply if necessary, but this is intended for minor touch-ups, not for changes of mind.

 

FULL SERVICE PRICES will apply after 5 days from the date of service.
